Terms and Conditions

Sazuco Customer Agreement (the “SCA”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the customer (CUSTOMER) and Sazuco LLC, its representatives, affiliates, partners and directors (collectively, “SAZUCO LLC”) governing your use of Sazuco’s applications available on the App Store and Google Play (Sazuco), and website ‘sazuco.com’ (collectively, the “SAZUCO”).

THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS PROVISIONS THAT GOVERN HOW CLAIMS BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND SAZUCO LLC CAN BE BROUGHT. SEE SECTION 17 BELOW

By entering into this SDA, and by using or accessing SAZUCO, you (CUSTOMER) expressly acknowledge that you understand this Agreement (including the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions in Section 15) and accept all of its terms.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MAY NOT USE OR ACCESS SAZUCO PLATFORM

1. Understanding the Service

SAZUCO LLC provides a platform that connects customers who need packages delivered with independent drivers who are already traveling between cities within California.

Our service operates 24/7 in areas with active drivers. Customers can create a delivery request (“Request”) at any time or schedule one for a future date using the ‘Sazuco’ mobile application.

When a Request is created, SAZUCO matches it with a driver traveling in the same direction. Once a driver accepts, they will proceed to the pickup address. Drivers have 30 minutes to pick up the package before the request is automatically canceled and refunded.

Customers receive real-time notifications when the driver:

  • Accepts the delivery

  • Arrives at the pickup location

  • Begins delivery

  • Completes the drop-off

You can track your driver through the Sazuco app. For safety reasons, tracking data is delayed by a few minutes and limited in zoom level.

Note: Only one verified Sazuco driver will handle your delivery from pickup to drop-off. Packages are not transferred between drivers.

2. Package Coverage and Liability

SAZUCO LLC currently does not provide insurance or coverage for lost, or damaged packages.

Customers send items at their own risk, but Sazuco LLC works diligently to ensure professional and reliable handling.

3. Package Content Policy

Sazuco respects customer privacy and does not require disclosure of package contents. However, it is strictly prohibited to use the SAZUCO Platform to transport:

  • Animals

  • Cooked or prepared food

  • Drugs or controlled substances

  • Firearms, weapons, or explosives

  • Hazardous materials or chemicals

  • Any item requiring a special transport license

Drivers are encouraged to report suspicious or unsafe packages using their best judgment. SAZUCO LLC may contact law enforcement if necessary.

If a violation of this policy is confirmed, Sazuco reserves the right to:

  • Issue a written warning,

  • Impose a fine ($100, $250, or $500), or

  • Revoke access to the platform permanently.

4. Creating a Delivery Request

When submitting a delivery request, you must provide:

  • Sender and receiver names, phone numbers, and addresses

  • Package size and weight

  • A clear photo of the package(s)

  • Any special delivery instructions (optional)

This information helps drivers determine if they can safely transport your package.

Important:

  • If multiple packages go to the same address, they must all appear in one photo.

  • If they go to different addresses, each must have its own delivery request.

  • Drivers cannot accept verbal or text-based changes to requests once accepted. Changes must be made through the app before driver acceptance.

5. Request Types

Request Now:

For packages ready for immediate pickup.

  • Automatically cancels if no driver accepts within 30 minutes.

Schedule Later:

For packages that need pickup at a specific time.

  • SAZUCO confirms and assigns a driver approximately one hour before the scheduled pickup.

  • Requests also auto-cancel if no driver accepts within 30 minutes after scheduled pickup time.

6. Cancellations

SAZUCO does not charge cancellation fees. However, cancellation timing matters:

Driver Cancellations:

Drivers may cancel anytime before taking possession of the package. If canceled, the customer must create a new request.

Customer Cancellations:

Customers may cancel anytime before the driver arrives at the pickup location.

Once a driver has arrived, cancellation or address changes are not possible.

7. Payments and Refunds

Payments:

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Customers can preload funds into their SAZUCO wallet for faster transactions.

Refunds:

If a delivery is canceled by either party or if no driver accepts your request, a full refund is automatically issued to your in-app wallet.

If you prefer the refund to go back to your credit card, please contact customer@sazuco.com.

8. Issues with Your Delivery

We are committed to reliable service. If an issue arises with your delivery, contact customer@sazuco.com immediately with your request ID and details.

We’ll investigate and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.

9. Customer Safety and Privacy

Your safety and privacy are important to SAZUCO LLC. When you create a request, basic details (name, pickup address, phone number, and recipient info) are shared only with the matched driver for operational purposes.

At this time:

  • Information is not hidden from drivers during deliveries.

  • Neither party is required to be present during pickup or delivery, though it is recommended for security.

10. Mutual Respect Policy

We expect professionalism from both customers and drivers.

Any verbal abuse, harassment, or unsafe conduct will result in review and potential account suspension or ban.

Report misconduct immediately to Sazuco Support.

11. Communication

By using SAZUCO, you agree to receive notifications, updates, and service-related messages via the app, SMS, or email.
